Well-oiled figures spend the day basting by the pool while snacking on a light mix of fusion food and icy cocktails. With such a setting, it's difficult to force yourself indoors where the dressier main dining room features white-glove lounge dining on gourmet French cuisine that has earned the owners 3-Michlin stars at their Montpellier and Paris-based restaurants.
